1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through okuno.world and any related services operated by Okuno. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

Okuno is a registered trade name in the Netherlands. Registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 92947212. Registered office: Corkstraat 46, 3047AC, the Netherlands.

2. Definitions

Okuno refers to the brand and its operating entity. Customer refers to any individual placing an order on okuno.world. Order refers to any purchase made through the webshop. Products refers to any items offered for sale on okuno.world.

3. Orders & acceptance

An order is considered placed once the customer has completed the checkout process and received an order confirmation by email. Okuno reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example due to stock errors, suspected fraud or pricing errors. In such cases, any payment made will be refunded in full.

4. Pricing

All prices on okuno.world are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Prices may change at any time. The price valid at the moment of purchase applies to that order.

5. Payment

Accepted payment methods: iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and PayPal. Payment must be completed at checkout. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. All transactions are encrypted and processed by secure third-party payment providers.

6. Shipping & delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery within the Netherlands and EU is 3 to 5 business days. International shipping takes 7 to 14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Okuno is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery. 7. Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, email returns@okuno.world or complete the model withdrawal form available on okuno.world/withdrawal-form before the 14-day period expires. The customer must then return the items within 14 days of declaring withdrawal.

8. Returns

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear, damage or alteration may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. See the Returns page for the full policy.

9. Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, email support@okuno.world within 7 days of receipt with photographs and your order number. We will arrange a free return and either replace the item or refund you in full.

10. Warranty

All products sold on okuno.world come with the legal conformity guarantee under Dutch and EU law. Defects caused by misuse, normal wear or improper care are not covered.

11. Intellectual property

All content on okuno.world — including but not limited to logos, designs, prints, illustrations, photographs and text — is the intellectual property of Okuno. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

12. Liability

Okuno's liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

13. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at okuno.world/privacy. For data requests or questions, email privacy@okuno.world.

14. Applicable law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent Dutch court, unless mandatory consumer law dictates otherwise.
